Trimac Piping Solutions, distributes, and exports supreme quality SS Slip-on Flanges. Our Stainless steel flange products are designed and assembled strictly following national product standards. SS slip-on flanges are particularly utilized for low-pressure fluids that poses the least risk of leakage. Slip-on flanges are commonly used with nickel and chromium in SS. Characteristics of slip-on flanges include dimensions, thickness, weight, and length. BS4504 Large Diameter Slip On Flange is used to conveniently inspect pipelines and make the overall pipeline work efficiently. The chemical composition of SS slip-on flanges contains a minimum of 18 percent contents of chromium and a minimum of 8 percent contents of nickel, along with a maximum of 0.08 percent of carbon overall. Some of the types of SS slip-on flanges are Alloy Steel Slip-on Flanges, Nickel Alloy Slip-on Flanges, RTJ Slip-on flanges, and Weld slip-on flanges.
The addition of molybdenum into the chemical composition of SS 316L Slip-On Flanges improves their corrosion immunity and chloride ion resistance. F304L Flange is a raised face slip-on flange made with 304L materials. Some of the major applications of stainless steel Slip-on flanges are cooling water lines, low-pressure compressed airlines, firefighting water lines, maintaining the stream of steam, oil, gas, and condensates, and medium temperature piping systems. Slip-on flange and socket weld flange has equal strength. Some of the special features of SO stainless steel nuts and bolts are smooth alignment during installation, Better leaking proof, and takes less time to cut accurately for the pipelines. SS Slip-on Flanges are usually cheap but less durable compared to Weld-Neck flanges. Two welds connect the slip-on flange with pipe, one on the backside of the flange and one on the inside. Trimac Piping Solutions (RIC) manufactures high-quality SS SO flanges and other products. Our main aim is to offer elite products and special services to our group of locals as well as international clients.
